VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT

PREAMBLE

Work hard but not just to please your masters when they are watching. As slaves of Christ do the will of God with all your heart. Work with enthusiasm, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for the people. Remember that the Lord will reward each of us for the good we do, whether we are slaves or free. (Ephesians 6: 6 – 8)

The vision and mission of the Technical Team for the 2010/2011 academic / spiritual year will be to undertake the following:

VISION

To be

· Christ centered

· Selfless

· Self-controlled

· Disciplined

MISSION

· To provide quality and audible sound at all MPU related programmes.

· To take proper care of all MPU musical instruments and other related gadgets meant for providing sound.

· Record all sermons and other speeches when and where necessary.

· Increase the numerical strength of the technical team.

· Train members in the use of the available equipments in order to reduce workload during set up through regular workshops with the help of my former technical directors.

· We will also seek assistance from resource persons who are well versed in the field.

· To uplift the growth of members spiritually, through our regular fasting and prayers, Bible studies and the like with the help of the various subgroups associated.

· Ensure fraternity, unity and love among members through timely visitation to members.

· Organize other programmes such as film show, Bible discussions on moral and social issues which will be necessary for the benefit of members.
