USHERING TEAM - MISSION STATEMENT

PREAMBLE

However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the tasks the LORD JESUS has given me, the task of testifying to the gospel of God’s grace.

MISSION STATEMENT

I will show him how much he must suffer for my name.

The Lord has suffered my executives and I to do these things in our term of office as leaders of the team.

Ø Build up the members spiritually….

· To have a close relationship with GOD.

· For executive positions.

Ø Increase the numerical strength of the team…

· Constant visitation of all members

· Follow up on dormant members

· Encouragement of members

· Introduction of motivational or encouraging programmes that will inspire the people

to actively partake in the Lord’s work

Ø Improve upon the set up or decoration of the HOUSE OF GOD

Ø Establish a close relationship between the team and other denomination’s ushers or   organizers.

CONCLUSION

I can do all things through Him (GOD) who strengthens me.
